Taras will share his practical experience and provide a brief overview of methodologies and approaches (e.g. Design Thinking, ADD, ATAM) intended to assure efficiency and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Specifically targeted answers will be covered for the following:

  • How to define and ensure required quality of solution architecture
  • Why the excessive focus on technologies is a common misconception
  • What needs to be addressed during the design phase, and not later

 

You will also learn why software service providers utilize Design Thinking approach and how Design Thinking and architecture design methodologies complement each other.
